Be Part of Someone’s Restoration Story

When men and women step into River of Hope House, they’re choosing courage — courage to face their past, rebuild their lives, and pursue the future God designed for them. Your partnership makes that possible.

Whether you give, volunteer, mentor, or pray, you are stepping into the story God is writing in the lives of people seeking hope and healing. You can make a difference that lasts for generations.

Ways to Get Involved

1

Retreats

Most of the people who come to River of Hope House are in financial ruin and can’t afford to cover their own cost. Our hope is to take our houses on retreats 1 to 2 times a year. These retreats would be a special time of teaching, prayer, fellowship, and team building.

2

Birthdays

We celebrate sobriety birthdays and belly button birthdays. That’s a lot of cake! Please help support us to cover the costs for cake and dinners for each birthday. Some of the folks haven’t had a birthday celebration in years, if ever. This is a great way to show God’s love.

Volunteer As A Mentor

It takes a village! The more people surrounding them with love and encouragement the better they will do. If you are interested in being a mentor we would love to hear from you. You don’t necessarily need to have worked with people in recovery before, just have a desire to point people towards Jesus. You can contact us at riverofhopehouse@gmail.com and we will do an interview, pray about it, and then hook you up with someone.

Every hour you invest becomes part of someone’s healing journey.

Give to Support the Mission

Your generous contributions will help support this ministry and keep the monthly house dues low for our guests.  We are one of the most inexpensive sober living houses in the area, and our goal is to keep it that way. This is a 2-year housing program, and we want to help our guests get out from under their financial wreckage and be able to be self-supporting and a productive member of society when they move on.

All donations go directly to keeping River of Hope House funded.
